Ben Exworthy
Client Technology Experience & AI Integration Specialist
Ben has experience in digital technology, including game development, interactive media, and user experience design. After earning a degree in Illustration and Advertising Design from the Columbus College of Art and Design, Ben began his career contributing to early multimedia projects at Microsoft. He later co-founded GameHouse, a leading game development company that partnered with nationally recognized brands including Disney, Yahoo!, Sony, Mattel, ESPN, and Coca-Cola before being acquired in 2004. Ben serves as our Client Technology Experience & AI Integration Specialist, where he focuses on enhancing client and adviser experiences through technology, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence initiatives. Ben lives in Seattle with his wife, while his daughter is currently enrolled at the University of Washington. Outside of work, Ben enjoys studying animals and illusions and collecting unique items.
Austin Pautz
Data Analyst
In his role as a Data Analyst, Austin supports the firm's data and reporting needs, helping transform information into meaningful insights that support business decisions and operational efficiency. He enjoys solving complex problems and leveraging data to help drive informed outcomes across the organization. A lifelong Washingtonian, Austin was born and raised in West Seattle and currently resides there today. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Eastern Washington University. Outside of work, Austin enjoys reading, writing, and exploring new places and experiences. He is passionate about continuous learning and discovering new perspectives both personally and professionally.
